Vintage Colourful Plaid Taffeta Peplum Dress with Puff Sleeves

Show-stopping vintage 1970's-does-1940's colourful plaid taffeta peplum dress with puff sleeves. The dress is lined in white cotton and looks to be a homemade piece. It has a 35" inch bust, 27" inch waist, and it measures just about 45" inches from shoulder seam to hem and closes at the back with a metal zip. In good vintage condition, there is an area on one of the peplums that looks like there has had some stitching removed from it leaving some teeny-tiny stitching holes behind.
