Vintage 1970s Bright Yellow Red Green Blue Tartan Plaid Wool Cape

Fabulous eye-catching vintage 1970's wool tartan cape. The cape is fully lined in bright yellow cotton and buttons up the front with 5 fabric buttons. It looks to be handmade. The cape measures 30" inches from shoulder seam to hem, the cape at the shoulders measures about 49" inches around. In good vintage condition: there is a small area of discoloration on the inside lining and two of the fabric buttons have issues: on one the metal back of the button is coming off (could be glued back on?) and another button has fraying at the edge; there are a couple small pulls in the wool fabric.
