Vintage 1970's Plaid Regency Style Empire Waist Maxi Dress with Lace Trim

Vintage 1970's-does-Regency-era orange and brown plaid maxi dress with empire waist and white lace trim. It is fully lined. Label inside says size 14 but I would say that it's more of a modern day size 10/12: it will fit busts up to 36" inches and the empire waist measures about 31" inches. It closes at the back with a zip. The dress is in "ok" vintage condition: it had a small burn hole towards the bottom of the dress and there is some yellowing to some of the lace trim, it could also use a good hand wash as it has been in storage for quite some time.
