Vintage 1970's Pastel Paisley Empire Waist Regency Style Maxi Dress With Neck Ruffles

Gorgeous vintage 1970's-does-Regency-era pastel paisley printed cotton organza sleeveless maxi dress with neck ruffles. It is fully lined and closes at the back with a metal zip. There is no label inside which leads me to believe that it may be a homemade piece. The bust measures 36" inches, the empire waist 28" inches, it measures about 51" inches from shoulder seam to hem. It is in good vintage condition with a few loose threads here and there and one noticeable pull in the fabric at the back of the dress by the zipper seam.
